5 /5 John Kidney: I had an enjoyable visit to the casino. I checked with the desk to receive a players card and they pre loaded it with a bit of cash for my first visit, thanks guys! I didnt stay at the hotel, so Ill have to leave that for another time. The casino had so many machines and tables to see, you definitely wont get to do everything your first visit. Ill have to stop in again next trip. I was happy to see a complimentary coffee and pop machine between the bar and bathroom area.

4 /5 Redesigndiva 2: Went here with a friend this visit, but have been coming here for a few years when on vacation. The RV parking is always nice and quiet. The rooms are really nice with the balconies too. The cafe is decent restaurant is delicious! Games are mixed with a good variety, but wish they had more dragon link. The new Phoenix link is here and that was fun to play. The drink service is very consistent and friendly! Mary is my favorite..shh! LOVE the fact that it’s smoke free! Thank you! We spent about 3 hours here.

2 /5 Sky Gross: 3 night stay. Room had almost no tissues(2), terrible water pressure, a toilet that took forever to flush and there was no list of phone numbers, restaurants or amenities of the hotel in the room. Couldn’t call the front desk(or at least didn’t know how to because it wasn’t provided), had to go down there and wait for an absurd amount of time because it wasn’t always manned. Vending in ALL of the halls was down so nowhere to get a bottle of water even. Pros: the beds were comfortable, the mini fridge was cold and the microwave functioned. The water in the shower was hot. In the casino, some of the games were offline and not serviced in a reasonable amount of time to be brought back up, so had to go to the cashier several times just to move my money to another game. The bar is not only the furthest it can be from convenient, but serves such small drinks that it’s gone by the time you get to the game you wanted to play, not to mention the price. Pros: games are fun, just not much organization. 1¢, 25¢ & $1 all mixed in. Overall, this place is good to sleep in and gamble in, but not much else.

2 /5 Jordan: We had to check in in the middle of the night due to an emergency. They started by booking me for the wrong hotel location when I called to book. When we got there, the security team was incredibly rude. I had to find someone to assist me because there was nobody at the desk. Then the shift manager didn’t even know how to make card keys so he had to take us up to our room and unlock it for us. The writing was mediocre at best, but it was dirty. There was hair all over the bathroom. Then they had trouble checking us out in the morning. It took like ten minutes for the desk person to figure out how to charge us.

1 /5 William Newman: Never been there before so we needed to get cards for the place.(NO ONE WAS IN LINE) The big guy working the counter was not happy we were bothering him from his cell phone. My wife and I got our cards and proceeded to the gaming floor. Went to the bar to get a drink and the bartender was equally unhappy, so we left the line and got a drink from the self serve area. This place was NOT busy and I will NOT donate money there again. Just wanted to celebrate my wifes birthday. We didnt stay there so I cant rate the room.
