5 /5 Nicholas Zandstra: First time at Chillis and Its topped all the usual chain places like it. Everything on my plate was a 10/10. I never thought Id get good ribs anywhere but my dads grill, but this got reeeeal close. Absolutely going back.

5 /5 Jeffrey Dick: An enjoyable meal on a Saturday early evening. The restaurant is in a very busy area and was quite full. Given that, the service was very good. We ordered drinks and the endless bowl of chips and salsa. The chips are very fresh and the salsa just a nice hit of spice. Our serve made sure our drinks were kept filled. One of our party is gluten-free and asked if they had a gluten-free menu. Indeed they do, scan a qr code and it is on your phone. Very helpful. Orders placed, chips refilled and it took some time. Our server let us know our order was delayed as they were taking precautions to prepare the gluten-free order. The double burgers were huge and came with fries, a small salad or soup and drink. A good value. And tasty. Two of us had the fajitas and they were excellent. Large platter with good food. A small plate with cheese and sour creak and some chopped tomatoes also came. Could have used more cheese An enjoyable evening with good food never felt rushed. A good place.

3 /5 Andrea Masih: Went to Chilis for the first time last night, expecting good things. Walked in and the first thing I noticed was the smell. I cant describe exactly what it was, but unpleasant is the best way to say it. Hostess seated us promptly. Our waiter, Mario, was super cool and helpful. 10/10 in terms of service. He was kind and funny. The food, however, was underwhelming. It came out fast, still hot but was lacking in terms of flavor. I dont think Id come back. It was pretty crowded for a Wednesday night. Food couldve been better, but the service from Mario was great.

3 /5 VEE ROD: Food is always good, service was bad. Cant remember the waiters name but I remember that he/they take up the rear end and seem really mad about that. Like TMI I shouldnt walk away knowing that about you but dont even know your name. Every time they talked to us they rolled their eyes. Yeah that makes me wanna tip you. Ordered 3 for me and they didnt ask what I wanted to drink because I had a water but it comes with a soda included so I had to insist on getting another drink. Plus got the order wrong said they would fix it and tried to charge us for the wrong item anyway and the manager had to fix it. Next time Ill take it home so I dont have to tip at all, dining in places is getting stupid now-a-days.

5 /5 Matthew Desmarais: I dined in the other night with my wife. We haven’t been in a while but after the service received we will be coming in often. Our server was Jaime, and she completely made our experience. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and very personable throughout the entirety of our dine in. We also noticed the table next to us had a different server, but on a couple occasions they stopped her to ask for something. Each time she returned promptly with their items, faster than their own server did. The burger I ordered came out correct, but the quality left something to be desired. I had every intention of finishing the meal, but when I mentioned it to her she took it and had it completely remade for me. It was delicious and I truly feel as though our server went above and beyond. I believe a good restaurant is made great by their service staff, and she has officially elevated chilis for me!
