1 /5 Khaled Aljbab: I ordered the Brazilian steak (5 pieces) and specifically asked for medium-well, but the doneness was inconsistent — some pieces were rare while others were medium. When I mentioned it, the chef (who seemed to be the owner) insisted it was correct and only offered to re-grill the same pieces, which I declined and requested a full return. They charged me for it anyway and later only gave a $20 discount, which was far from satisfactory.
The service was also disappointing. While the initial greeting was fine, things went downhill afterward. I had to get a baby chair myself after being told to “take it from the corner,” and we didn’t receive plates or napkins until we asked. Later, there was no staff available at all — I even had to knock on the kitchen door to get someone’s attention.
To be fair, the restaurant was clean and the food presentation was nice, but the service quality, attitude, and value for money were poor. For the prices they charge, I expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back.
