3 /5 John: For an upscale hotel the restaurant service was lackluster at best. A waiter came over to my table, dropped a menu and disappeared. I waited at least 10 minutes than waved down a waitress who finally took my order. She never came back to ask if the food was okay, which it was. She finally came back to ask if I wanted a refill on my ice tea which I said yes. Than never brought it.
