1 /5 Kcar: Haven’t been here in 3 years after a bad experience. 3 years later and this place is just as bad as before if not worse. We went earlier this week and waited so long for everything and there were barely any customers. The waitress, Dakira T lied about them having soup. She had 3 different stories and then suddenly “found” the one soup, not the other one. The soup that was brought to the table was all crunchy as if it was never fully cooked and had absolutely no taste to it. Everyone’s food came out at different times and was cold. The majority of the food came with the to go boxes after the other people’s meals had been sitting on the table for over 30 minutes. I chose not to touch my meal because my children’s kids meals never came and I wasn’t going to eat in front of them so my food just sat in the table and got cold. Eventually my husband just fed all his meal to the kids because they had no food. When their food came out it was cold. No drink refills. No straws. The whole entire meal was ruined. The “manager” Justin Mackin came over and when we told him what happened, he said maybe don’t come back for a couple of years and things will be better then. Weird response for someone running the store. He was very defensive of the waitress rather than showing genuine concern for paying customer’s experiences. He is very inauthentic and fake. Neither him nor the waitress seemed to care that our New Year’s Eve meal was ruined. He took some of the bill off but we still spent a lot of money for an absolutely horrible experience.
