2 /5 Elizabeth Randall: We recently experienced issues during our visit to the restaurant on the eve of a holiday. Despite having a coupon, our server, who was also the manager, informed us that it was not valid. As my mother and child shared a plate due to their smaller appetites, we were surprised to see a charge for the salad and soup, which added nine dollars to the bill. A 20% gratuity was also included, seemingly automatically, given our group size of six. Furthermore, a 4% fee was applied for using a credit card. During the service, the busboy placed a plate on the hot stove and then handed it to my mother. Unfortunately, this experience has deterred us from planning any future visits.
