One World Market - Novi (MI)

5 /5 Robert Most: So ever since I was in a massive Asian market in Silicon Valley as well as Albuquerque New Mexico, I’ve been searching for something in the state of Michigan…. I think I’ve found it!! Now I live about 100 miles north of One World Market, so it’s no easy jog to get here, especially with the horrendous never ending construction on US-123.. anyhow, this place doesn’t disappoint! It’s a great place to find all your Asian delights. Especially the hard to find made in Japan sweets and goodies. Also fresh sushi is constantly being churned out. I had no idea you could dine in, albeit a small sitting area. The food was superb!! Definitely coming back again. Highly recommended!!

4 /5 Best Reviews: We heard this store has good sushi so we wanted to give this a try since we were in the area. We ordered 12 different sushi rolls as shown for more than $100+. They look pretty decent as least they were made fresh while we waited for them for over 45 minutes. I have to say that most of the sushi were very tasty and fresh. The only one that I didnt really like was the shrimp tempura roll. The shrimp was a bit mushy not as expected. The best sushi was the eel with avocado roll. It had a lot of flavors with the eel and avocado blending nicely together. The only thing that we didnt care for was the octopus balls. I would skip this. Overall we enjoyed the different rolls considering this location is inside a Japanese grocery store, not a regular restaurant.

5 /5 Rebecca Krawczak: The Udon was so good. I loved the flavor of the broth and the noodles were cooked perfectly. I also loved the sushi! The avocado roll was delicious. The store was very organized and clean, and the workers were very nice. Definitely recommend this place! Will be back!

5 /5 DetroitSteel: I discovered this market about 2 years ago, and I love going back in there every once in a blue moon for different Japanese snacks and store products. I can get my chocolate thunder chocolates here as well as ume wine, both of which I really like. What I love most about this store though, is that everything in there is reasonably priced! I got the bag of chocolates for like three or four bucks, and the wine was about 15 dollars for a decent sized bottle. 10/10 great Little slice of Japan brought here to Novi! P.s. they also have a sushi bar in here but Ive never tried it, it looks really good though!

5 /5 Sarah Miller: Stepping into this store is like a mini-trip to Japan! I stumbled upon the most incredible instant ramen – a steal at just $7, and it generously fed three of us. The broth was rich and savory, and the noodles had that perfect chewy texture. Then, the ice cream... oh, the ice cream! Each creamy spoonful transported me back to the vibrant streets of Tokyo. It ignited a longing to explore Japan again. Im already planning my next visit to stock up on that ramen and dive into their other ice cream treasures!
