5 /5 Kim Kostoff: They have outside seating in the summer Very friendly and welcoming. Brisket sandwich was so tender with great flavor, the Mac is so cheese and good. Been here a few times and everything was great.

I had the pulled pork and brisket mac and cheese, and it was absolutely amazing—tender, smoky, and packed with flavor. The food truck came out to M1 Concourse for our employee track day, and I’m pretty sure everyone went back for seconds (I know I did!). The atmosphere was incredible—the smell of smoked brisket, ribs, turkey legs, and burgers filled the track and had people lining up nonstop. On top of the fantastic food, I had the chance to chat with the truck operators. Both were super friendly, professional, and clearly know their craft when it comes to authentic BBQ. From juicy ribs to perfectly smoked brisket and melt-in-your-mouth pulled pork, Smokehouse Ed’s BBQ food truck delivers big flavor and unforgettable service. Whether it’s at their location or out at an event, their food is top-notch BBQ you’ll want again and again!
