The burger was packed with flavor, juicy, and the truffle added a rich taste that made it special. The brisket was tender and paired perfectly with the cheesy goodness. I ordered the truffle burger which is amazing with the sauce on the side because it can be overwhelming but it was great. Customer service is not as warm and attentive as it once was as my order details were missed. Great to go spot overall with a great burger.

4 /5 Arturo López: We had the truffle smash burger and the brisket truffle burger. It took around 45 minutes for the food to be ready which was surprisingly long, but the taste was delicious. It was worth the wait. The So Cheesy truck is at The Canteen at Midtown Banquet, with an outdoor and indoor area where you can sit and wait for your order to be delivered. The mens bathroom was filthy and it stank a lot. Please do take care of this ASAP.

5 /5 J Pollard: First time at The Canteen at Midtown in the Fairlane Mall in Dearborn, MI. I opted for So Cheesy food truck noticing fish tacos on the menu. Im a fan of fish tacos and prefer the fish grilled. As with most places, the fish was battered and fried and came with 2 tacos and a side of fries. I took a bite out of one of the tacos before leaving the lot. It was VERY good! The fish was fresh and flavorful. I had to go back and congratulate the folks in the truck for such a good job. Bravo! I also ordered an All American burger, but will review that at another time.
