3 /5 Mike Fein: I did not have car for the first night at the Westin, so I was captive to Tangos. I believe the description said "casual but elegant", however I question the latter. It tries to double as a sports bar, and fancy restaurant, but you cannot have elegance with a party at the bar. The bartender was very popular and folks were having a good time. Because I soloed, I positioned myself away from the bar, but in view of the tv screen.
My server, Chris, was efficient, and professional, as were all Westin staff.
I ordered a glass of a Paring red blend at $13. It was fruity, but the finish had some bite to it. The list overall was okay.
For an entree I ordered the Zip Tips, sauteed beef tips with mushrooms sauced over garlic mashed potatoes, at $34. Frankly, the Zip sauce could have used a little zag to go with the Zip.
