1 /5 Sophia Nikonowicz: As someone that comes here once a week, we will NEVER be back. Now I see why people choose chain restaurants instead of family owned. Both our meals were terrible. I took two bites of my pizza roll and flipped it over to realize it was burnt which is why it tasted terrible. They blamed their ovens and instead of taking it off the bill they took $2 dollars off. On top of that, the pasta dish was disgusting and my boyfriend did not even take more than one bite of it and they made us pay half price for it. They never offered to remake or anything. The server was very kind but from what it sounds like management does not care about whether or not guests leave happy and do not care if guests return. We will not be back. Our weekly pizza visits are now over due to terrible customer care. As a server, I would never let any guest leave unhappy and would advocate for guests to my manager. Management should be extremely embarrassed.
