1 /5 Ashleigh Harris: If I could give a -0, I would! Customer service was awful! They acted like they were mad you came in. I placed my purchase on the counter and the guy was just hanging over the counter on his phone. I had to ask if I could purchase. Once purchased guy went right back to his phone. No bag no thank you no have a good day! Products weren’t even that great. DEFINITELY WON’T BE BACK!!

5 /5 Cariana Natise: Visited BID for the first time, and I have to say I’m happy I didn’t walk past the store. The interior design of the establishment is nicely decorated. I think the gardner white furniture lounge area adds a comfy ambience. I absolutely love the merch I picked very comfy and amazing quality/transparent anyone can find something that fits their aesthetic. Staff is very kind and welcoming.❤️ will be visiting again

2 /5 Sarah B.: Ordered 2 shirts and receive the wrong one. Emailed the store and was told they would correct it. Returned the wrong shirt once I received a return label which I verified was delivered two days later. Was told the correct shirt shipped last Tuesday. I still have not received it and have emailed twice for a tracking number and have not received a response. Guess my next step will be to contact Visa to dispute the charge.
