1 /5 Jacob Kingsley: The last like 4 pairs of jeans I’ve purchased here have all blown out in the crotch area. Very disappointing spending $80-$120 on each pair for not one of them to last longer than a year.

1 /5 Alexandra: I shop at this store all the time. I have had nothing but the best customer service. Until today I went to return a pair of jeans I bought and tried them on at home and decided I didn’t like them. I never wore them but I had taken them out of the bag but again never wore them. They told me they would not accept them back because it looked like someone had spilled coffee on them or someone stepped on them. I said I want to talk to the manager then the girl said I am the assistant manager. I literally purchased them brought back with all the tags still on them. I didn’t look when I bought them to see if they were even dirty or not because they could have been like that when I bought them. Long story short this business has completely gone downhill and the employees are terrible. I will never step foot in this store or any buckle store again after this terrible experience.

5 /5 Cadence Revord: My sister and I came here to find outfits for her senior photos. The staff were so helpful and kind. They brought her different items to try on and see. And they even matched outfits with her skin tone and style of the pictures. It was a great experience. You need to come here if you want top tier customer service.

5 /5 Bella Fibranz: I just have to say the one girl there that helped me the whole time was amazing. I think her name was Clare? She was tall with long brown hair. She was so helpful, not pushy at all. In the past people at buckle are very pushy and she was not, she was helpful. She’s awesome!♥️

5 /5 Squirrel Friend: If you want your butt to look amazing, go here and buy some jeans. Its worth the price every time. An investment for sure!! Super nice associates also. I will say I am not a fan of how the associates are made to throw "suggestions" of clothing at you as soon as you walk in the door without even knowing why you are there. Pretty stupid.
