1 /5 Ann Lythjohan: In the last month I have been in more than eight Chico’s stores; Ohio, Wisconsin, Indiana & Michigan. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The rudeness of the manager and the staff member was unbelievable. There is no way that I would purchase items from that store based on their behavior. The one person said I was running late thank you so much for clocking me in to the other staff member. So who are you cheating; the company, the store, other employees or the customers. The other stores in the mall had their doors Open but not Chicos.I would recommend anybody who wants good customer service and a good experience not to go to the store in Ann Arbor at the mall. Such a disappointment. I believe the main person whose name was TRACY was the one who didn’t have a moment of time for me.
