5 /5 Angela Sorrells: Ive been shopping at Urban Outfitters for years beginning with their original location in downtown East Lansing. Regardless of your age, if youve adapted your own personal sense of modern/trendy style, Urban just may be a fun place to shop. Weve dressed our daughter from here as well as purchased her room/apartment items as well. If youre looking for fun, cutting edge fashion with staff that doesnt follow you around and just lets you shop, check out Urban. Plus they almost always have a great sale going on. Definitely worth your time.

4 /5 Lee Stiekes: Smaller sale section than at the Somerset UO, but still a decent selection. I pretty much only shop out of the sale section, on account of being broke, but I still get fun stylish clothing, and the sales are generally pretty good. Its been 50% off the sale price the last three times I went in, which hopefully doesnt end any time soon, haha.

4 /5 Kevin McCreary: Dont expect much from this Urban outfitters, its very small and so is the inventory. Update: They moved to the Eastwood town center parking is now easy and the store is much nicer. Still small but it’s a small city. Glad we have an urban outfitters!

2 /5 Rhiannon Shook: Every time I shop at this store I am sadly reminded of why I should not shop here anymore. Dont get me wrong, the clothes and accessories are super cute and I usually have a hand full of things to try on. However, for the age demographic that the merchandise is targeted towards, the prices are honestly outrageous. $45 for a tiny tank top, over $100 for jeans that are not actual denim.. I mean cmon. On top of that, the workers are never attentive or friendly in any way, they look at you as if you are a bother, they dont offer to start a dressing room or take any unwanted items, no conversations started, just judgemental looks and RBF. Sad because I used to shop here quite often. I also asked if they would take back used shopping bags since theyre made of fabric material and its extremely wasteful to throw them out (Ive returned some before) and they told me that they dont do that. Highly recommend shopping at cute local boutiques instead!

4 /5 Natalie A: Not the best selection in comparison to most UO stores. But the service is great. I usually come in here to do online returns because I shop online more often but theyre always super speedy and friendly.
