1 /5 Sue Jones: 1st time customer. Purchased womens large Ruffer Puffer long down jacket. I live in Michigan. The design is horrible. Somehow the wind whips up from the bottom and my legs and bottom are freezing. Then the collar is so far away from your body that the wind whips down from the there and your upper body is freezing. The down is thick enough that you should be warn. However, that is not working with this jacket. Do not recommend.

5 /5 Kiley Weber: I cannot recommend this brand enough. Their clothes are very high quality and fit true to size! There is a one year “no bull” warranty on any items due to manufacturing problems, so no wear and tear but honestly their stuff is double or triple reinforced that nothing really should happen to these products. I want to call this location out specifically. I have never been treated better by customer service! 3 sales associates had offered to help or hold the huge pile of clothes that I was carrying. Rita was specifically AMAZING! Helped us find multiple clothes, ran around the store finding the last item that was in stock. She absolutely embodies Duluth Tradings quality with her personality and her willingness to help!

5 /5 Kevin Werner: Come because of the commercials, but buy because of the quality. Its not cheap, but the stuff lasts. Start with a couple no-yank Ts and some comfy underwear. Cargo shorts? They got you. Everything is quality and the best part is if you are a bit on the hefty size their sizes run large so you can continue to buy an XL when you are probably a 2X. All kinds of pricey dog stuff as well.

5 /5 Scott Evans: Duluth Trading Company gets better with time. They are like a fine wine and or aged cheese. I have have been to 21 of the locations across the U.S. I travel for work and it’s my goal to visit each location as well as make a purchase. Most of the time I end up spending about 100.00 to 200.00. Sometimes more depending on what deals I find. This location had great customer service. And was able to get help when I couldn’t find what I was looking for. Please check them out. They are worth the drive if don’t live near one. They are not the typical retail business they are priced a little higher but you get better quality products as well as employees who give a darn.

5 /5 Bethanyk: I have only purchased my husband pants from Duluth for the last 10 years. Their clothing is a little pricey but very worth it and they always have good sales and discounts. The quality of Duluth pants is better than any other brand we have found and they stand behind their clothing with the no bull guarantee. I cant recommend them highly enough..also we have been really pleased with customer service.. especially at this location.
