1 /5 verne malone: I was recommended this place because I was told they could make a custom suit for my wedding. I took them a picture of what I was looking for and when I showed them they told me "they actually made the suit in the picture" . I was real excited hearing this news. They told it would cost $2K (red flag). After hearing there sales pitch and really wanting the suit like the one I showed them in the picture, I agreed (my bad). They didnt have the color I was looking for so we looked at patterns...I wanted something with gold and they showed me a gold and black paisley print and convinced me it would go good. Fast forward I get the suit in and it was horendous looking. The suit looked like a gold foil wrap and the pants fit like parachutes....These guys are stuck in the 90s with the styles and the alterations. Suit looks like a Steve Harvey meets Shazaam mashup. When I told them I didnt like the suit, they offered to sell me another cheap looking suit for $500. Im in the process of taking legal action against these crooks....Do not and I repeat do not do business with these up selling, fast talking shiesters....you will do better buying a suit jacket online and getting it altered. My $120 jacket off the internet killed the clown suit I got from them.

5 /5 J McK: We were looking for a tuxedo for my son’s prom since the one I ordered ended up getting canceled. After a few stops at other places we ended at Fashion International. As soon as you walked in you were greeted and everyone in there was looking SHARP. My son was looking for a specific look and after discussing with Melvin and Larry he went with a better look. The way these gentleman assisted my son and made him feel like he was the only customer in there was amazing. The customer service you will receive from here is beyond spectacular. Seeing my son in his Tux was emotional for this mama. He looked absolutely AMAZING . Thank you Melvin for making sure no detail was missed! My son has said he is a customer for life!

1 /5 Peyton Savionne: Unfriendly, unwelcoming, unhelpful. Upon walking in I found myself immediately looked over. After a few moments, I was greeted by a sales representative. I expressed what style of shoe I was looking for with the intention of spending $200-$250. Almost immediately I was told by what I assume to be the store manager that I needed to leave and find somewhere else to go. Not only was it expressed with distaste, I was then dismissed. Very unpleasant, very unprofessional, very uncomfortable. Honorable mention: Jay the sales representative tried within the 3 minutes I was inside the store to help me before speaking with said manager.

5 /5 Curt F: Had I not been in the house trying to avoid the heat, I would have never seen the advertisement on television. Quite frankly, I was pondering whether I should go somewhere to find a black suit for my upcoming cruise and there it was…the entire store personal was outstanding and congenial. I told them what I was looking for and what the occasion was going to be. I’m confident that I will be the sharpest dressed person on the ship.

1 /5 Scott Tucker: My experience compels me to write a review to warn others if they are looking to take their business to Fashion International. Fashion International procured and fitted suits for my groomsmen, dad and step-dad and created a custom tux for me. Needless to say, I spent a lot of money. The process was fairly smooth and the input they provided to decide what suit and tux to buy was very good. However, there was a lot of miss-communication about prices along the way. I felt taken advantage of - like having the wool pulled over my eyes on a couple of occasions. I would ask direct questions about pricing and would not get a straight answer. Id be told one price only to see a different price reflected on the receipt. There were some arguments over the price but eventually, my fiancé and I simply folded as we were simply too busy and too tired to argue. For us, that alone was enough to decide we’d never do future business here – but it got worse… Throughout the process, we were repeated told that everything about these suits and the tux was going to be done to perfection. This is our special day and our culture has taught us that weddings need to be “perfect.” Everything from the shoe, to the tie, to the fit of the clothes – everything. On the day of the wedding (two weeks ago), I took the suits over to the church for our groomsmen to change in to. As they were getting ready, one of my groomsmen said “we have a problem.” Sure enough, one of my groomsmen did not have their vest fitted. It was several sizes too big. Also, they did not finish altering his suit jacket. They altered one side of the coat but not the other. Not only was the sleeve two to three inches longer, but there was no stitching alongside the inside of the left arm - it looked bad and he almost tore the coat when trying it on. Every single wedding picture of the wedding party reflects Fashion Internationals lack of quality. We paid a premium to have Fashion International oversee every aspect of the men’s clothing for my wedding. I trusted them to do the job they promised me. I trusted them when they packed everything up and told me that it was perfect. Well, it wasn’t. Lastly, my groomsmen kindly went back to the store while we were on our honeymoon to get it fixed. I was told that they were very unprofessional as they pointed fingers of blame at each other within the store (they did fix the suit though). They did not call me. They did not offer apology or compensation. Be careful doing business with Fashion International.
