4 /5 Joshua Loruss: Pretty great store. The service is great but I wish they had more variety of certain bands. I recently have been coming in to find more “ghost” and “falling in reverse” merchandise but they never seem to replenish or get any new variety in. Great store other than that.

5 /5 Ginger C.: Lynnhaven malls location is my fave! The employees are fantastic, prompt, professional and comforting. Maxie, David, Lizzie, to name just a few, and many others are always pleasant. Theyve offered assistance, made sure we are aware of the latest promotion and even made a couple online options instantly available. We (my daughter and I) routinely see workers walking through store making sure merchandise is neatly stacked and orderly. This is a model store. The HT team exhibits high standards here, very impressive.

5 /5 Mathew Dietz: It was a very nice place to go. I love to go and see what exclusive funko pops they have and see everything they have. Also the people that work there are extremely nice and helpful.

1 /5 Crystal Shanley: Not what I remember from the early 2000s. The store was so bare. I was pretty excited to finally take my kid in there for a first time experience and was completely disappointed. The few staff that was working didnt acknowledge we were even in the store, blocked the isle while talking to friends. I have no interest in going back to that location.
