1 /5 Mallory Parker: Went to return 2 pairs of pants without the receipt but tags attached (did this before and was given in store credit for it) and the manager was so rude. Said that she can’t do anything without the receipt (very snappily) and I tried explaining to her (nicely) that someone has done it before for me and that her employees need to be filled in on policies. She proceeded to tell me that she has been manager there for 9 years and has never done that (again in a rude manner). I have been in the customer service industry for 6 years and would never treat a customer the way I was treated. I would have completely understood if she said oh I’m sorry they shouldn’t have done that, I’ll have a talk with my team.
