Rainbow Shops - Warren (MI)

5 /5 J. D. Gray: Staff was very polite and helpful. Store is very clean and well organized. Normally I do not like going into the clothing stores with my s.o. because of how nasty some of the retail places can be. I enjoyed shopping with her at rainbow today and it was because of the well maintained shop and great staff!

5 /5 Gail Sandlin: Had no problem finding what I came for, so much to choose from, really cute outfits, the ladies that work there were very nice.

1 /5 Carmen Padilla: The employees here are just so unprofessional and disrespectful it makes no sense. If you don’t like communication don’t work in customer service! I’d rather drive 5 more miles to goto any other store than to deal with disrespectful, miserable people. Definitely will not be returning to this location!

1 /5 Shonda Reese: Terrible customer service.. eww, that alone will make me never come back. The woman who opened the store & was working the register had a terrible attitude & her main focus was singing her song over & over again. Oh but her friend came in & she showed that she does smile & speak when she wants.

1 /5 Tara Hancock: I was in their shopping and had well over $100 worth of things and the dressing room was closed so I then tried to see if a bra I wanted to purchase would fit around my band. Over my shirt I took the bra and put the cups on my back and just seeing if the two straps would come close to even touching I did not latch them together or anything like that. After standing in line for 5 minutes the woman said she would not serve us because we tried on that garment. It was made very clear when coming into that store that white people are not welcome in that store, the women running that store feel like women of their same race should be the only people shopping in that store and they made it very obvious
