Kohls - Troy (MI)

4 /5 Sharon Doyle: This is a good store. I have only recently started going back to Kohls after about 10 years away. They have a wide selection of clothes and household items. They have good sales prices. It was confusing getting used to the Kohls cash and coupons and reward system again. The employees are helpful and friendly.

3 /5 The DIY Daddy: Not in love with the new order pickup process for larger orders. You have to wait in the regular checkout line to get your pickup SKU scanned. But still better than having to shop in-store, I suppose. The staff were nice and helpful.

1 /5 Susan Gibson: I purchased a skirt and had a 40% off coupon. I waited in line for a very long time and used the self checkout. No one available to help with the coupon. Filled out a survey a few days later, got a response from the store director, asking me to contact her so that she could rectify the problem. I responded, and nothing from her. I then emailed the corporate office and have yet to receive a reply from them. I will not be shopping there any longer and suggest that if they are going to try to appear that they care about customer service that they follow through.

5 /5 Michelle Linn: My son was pushing me around in a transport chair. We had a blast at Kohls. My son bought me a really nice fitting jacket, some pjs long sleeve with cats all over them. Super soft! He got himself some very nice sweater shirts in fall colors.
