5 /5 Norman Blakely: The Sephora employees specifically are VERY knowledgeable about the products they sell extremely helpful people I spoke to a red ginger haired woman about some cologne I was looking for some new scents to try I gave her a list of a couple that they sell that I really enjoy and she found me multiple amazing scents that I absolutely loved and ended up purchasing very knowledgeable very nice people and will 100% take the time to speak with you educate you and make sure you go home with something you love 10/10 great people and great service would very much recommend stopping in to get your fragrances whether they be men or women’s scents cannot express how amazing my experience was

You can tell that Ben has great customer service skills by interacting with him and his kind and friendly approach was greatly appreciated. Thank you Ben!!

5 /5 MissKool 101: Had online merchandise to return to this location. Since where I live in East Tawas this store would be the closest. I also had a certificate for a full size bottle of featured fragrance from my purchase of a Sephora favorites perfume sampler I wanted to get. The return process was quick and the clerk was friendly. The redeeming of the certificate was also smooth sailing and they had the perfume I wanted. On checking out was quick and the sales lady Sue was helpful, friendly and had me on my way back to East Tawas. This was a wonderful shopping experience and would come back.
