1 /5 Elizabeth Wood: my first time going to Leigh’s and, based on my experience in cosmetics, I may never go back. The guy working in that department told me they didn’t carry the product I wanted and he thought it had been discontinued. He also bashed the retailer where I said I had purchased it recently. I looked up the product on the manufacturer’s website and it certainly has not been discontinued. Leigh’s, you need to provide better product knowledge and customer service training for your employees. Bashing the competition is not a good look
