3 /5 Tia Davis: I dont care for this location. The layout is kinda weird and I dont feel like they have a good variety of clothes. Plus stuff is always moving around dont know where to find usual items like graphic tees.

3 /5 Vineet J: Good store but the cashiers need to be trained to be friendlier and smile . They always look pissed off trying to check out customers which doesn’t make up for a good shopping experience.

2 /5 Amberly Knott: My online order got messed up, so I went to the store. The options for pajama pants are limited and spread throughout the store. Shopping was not easy. The pj shirts are far too short for tall people. We left without purchasing anything.

5 /5 Elizabeth Shaifer: I like old Navy sweaters and socks choices. The children section is one of the best in choices of clothes for our twin girls. Really enjoy the coupon perks! I have shopped at several stores and each one makes a good shopping experience. Sales clerks friendly and fast checkout.

1 /5 Always Real: Cashier lied to me about applying for a credit card, and only getting a soft inquiry when in fact, I receive a hard inquiry on my credit report. I spoke with manager Olivia, and she seem very nonchalant, and stated that the last time she was trained, she was told that it was a soft inquiry which is incorrect. Staff needs to be retrained on the credit card process because they are giving false information to customers which is very much unfair.
