5 /5 Kristin McKay: I had been a regular customer of WHBM for many years. I moved to Northern Michigan and retired, so no longer needed dressy/professional clothing. My mom passed away last week in GR and I needed a dress for her funeral. I first went to Macy’s and found that there were limited dressing rooms available and very long lines. I didn’t have time to wait. It dawned on me that WHBM is now in Woodland Mall. I walked into the store and Susan, the store manager, remembered me. She totally “styled” me. I cannot tell you how much that experience meant to me. Department stores cannot provide personal, knowledgeable attention from someone who knows their collection and what will work for you as an individual. I am firmly back in the WHBM fold whenever I am in GR. The clothing is beautiful and if you need a special piece, this is the place to go. Again, thank you Susan! You made my day!
