Brandon Reeder Fantastic work out center, pool areas are very nice, kid oriented pool is wonderful. The inside track is nice. The outside track is one of my favorite walks to take near home. Theres a cute little pond near the back of the center along the outside jogging track. Field is always well maintained and the park area outside has never been dirty upon a visit. Always something to do here. If you get a chance to see a show here the auditorium is amazing. Growing up near this location always left me with an activity to do and only a mile away. I now take my kids there and they seem to love it as well.

Suzanne Sadowski My graduation was here! A guiding staff at designated check points from the front door throughout the auditorium. They were accommodating and pleasant. The entire facility is very pretty. Its decorated with art work of local kids and other specific exhibits. My only complaint was that the auditorium itself was extremely warm. They couldve turned the A/C on to lower the temperature since it was packed with graduates and their families. That many bodies can generate a lot of heat!

Savannah Chris Took my first free class today and was impressed by the customer service. I walked in and was greeted right away. Very clean environment. You go in the door on the side of the road and park at the parking lot right next door. The coach Tiffany was energetic and encouraging throughout the whole process. I guess each day is different. I like how they provide you with the full experience for your first free session. You arrive 30 mins early and they give you a run down of all the classes. The music is pumping and it’s a hitt workout basically non stop moving. Class went by so fast. I haven’t signed up yet because I’m figuring out what exercises I want to do. They even donate old sneakers here as well. I recommend wearing athletic shoes. There’s strength training, water rowing and treadmill. They do bingo, raffles and challenges. I did ask about how cancelling works and if you want to cancel they need a 30 day notice. You can activate a membership online or over the phone as well. They have a 2 week promo if you want to try it out but i would recommend to cancel the day you sign up. They have lots of classes and variety of time blocks. Some people even go twice a day! To purchase a orange theory monitor it’s 120$ with one year warranty or 10$ a class to rent. In order to see your heart rate/calories you need one

Dawn 4011 I absolutely love this gym. It is a bit different then your traditional gym but that is whats so lovable about it. Especially for an introvert like me, I really enjoy doing my workouts privately in my own sauna/room. I would absolutely love it more if there was more variety in the equipment, but it makes up for that through the live personal trainer sessions. The staff is also really friendly and easy to get a long with. Love it.

The place is always very clean, the equipment is in great shape, and the atmosphere is positive and motivating. The staff are friendly and the overall vibe just makes you want to keep coming back. Angela Genuinely my happy place! I’ve been coming here for almost a year (with a short hiatus for surgery/recovery) and I can honestly say that I’ll keep going for as long as I live in the area - and as long as they’ll have me lol. The classes are such a great balance of challenge and basics, and I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. Alyssa and Maya are my personal faves for their pacing and the way they always offer thoughtful modifications, but truly, I haven’t had a single instructor that I didn’t like. No matter who’s teaching, you’re in good hands. If you’re considering trying reformer pilates, UGP is the place to do it!
