5 /5 Paradox Shift: Very nice people and willing to work with my dad who had awful credit. Obviously got a appropriate interest rate for a high-risk buyer, but the fact they were even able to get him approved is awesome! They were very straight forward about the financials including the breakdown on amount of interest paid. Ive purchased many cars so Im familiar but it really helped my dad understand actual figures. Again, great guys, very friendly.

3 /5 Jose Carmona: Average experience. For the most part, most workers were courteous.They moved a labyrinth of vehicles just so I could test out the vehicle I wanted to test drive. Definitely would recommend taking someone who is very knowledgeable on vehicles because they seemed to underplay many of the issues that vehicles contained with comments like, "Its an easy fix!" "We can fix that.", and my personal favorite "That is why the car is so cheap!" towards issues with the suspension. They are upfront so as I mentioned earlier, bring someone knowledgeable.

Prior to my purchase, my brother went and check out the vehicle and thought it to be a good buy and told me to take it into consideration. upon my viewing and test driving the vehicle, I too thought it was a go. All employees were kind, friendly and knowledgeable of my Q & A right down to the detailer. I would truly recommend this place before looking anywhere else. This could be your one stop satisfaction.

2 /5 Zikora Ochulo: Bought a White Ford Escape last month and my trunk did not open correctly. They promised they would fix it for me but every time I came back “the part was not ordered yet, come back in a few days” I had to travel back to school so of course I could not get it fixed. Also noticed that my engine had a whistle and the engine light was blinking. So I was all a car that was experiencing engine misfires and it has gotten worse now it is rainy season. Great customer service but now I am stuck with repairs that I did not cause!
