    Donna Duff: I have been consistently working out at The Exercise Coach for 13 months now. I like getting a full body workout out in only 20 minutes with the emphasis on strength training. Very efficient. They have state of the art equipment tracking your progress as well as great personal trainers that keep you motivated and really pay attention to modifications when needed for pain and injuries. My trainers (CJ, Jen, Abby, Henry) are all great to work with and personalize each workout to your own specific needs.

I was a little hesitant to join as I thought this place was was the younger crowd, but I was SO wrong, there are varies ages and I felt like part of the AKT family instantly. As a competitive athlete in high school, Chris’s programs saw me effectively gain mass and add 100+ pounds to my deadlift, 75+ pounds to my squat, and 50+ pounds to my bench in a 5 month offseason training program. When I turned focus to marathons and ultra distance triathlons, Chris was the first person I contacted for a training program, and his approach is largely responsible for my Marathon and Ironman 70.3 finishes. He is not only a knowledgeable coach, but extremely personable, and easy to work with, and flexible. His well rounded expertise in fitness makes him an incredible resource and coach for anyone looking to unlock their potential physically.

    Aleksandra Heide: Wow! This class was a burn in the BEST way. I am a long time home weight lifter and consider myself to be ”in shape” for the most part but holy cannoli did this class kick my butt! I can’t believe how much fun I had while also quite literally trembling and challenging myself in new and unique ways. My muscles were shocked in a fantastic way throughout almost the whole class. Our instructor was phenomenal, fun and definitely helped adjust along the way in a supportive and nurturing manner. 10/10 recommend!
    TITLE Boxing Club Rochester Hills - Rochester Hills
    Sunitha Prabhu: Awesome boxing workout — killer for the core and a full-body challenge. Coach Laurie was really supportive. There was a 100-pushup routine sprinkled across the rounds (I managed around 70 :)) and Laurie pushed me in the best way possible. JJ, the owner, took the time to explain various workout formats. Loved the vibe and community, will be getting back during my visits to Rochester!
    Xceleration Fitness - Auburn Hills
    Saima Bhatti: I have worked out at many gyms over the years but this has by far been my best experience. The coaches are very personable, they modified for my needs and have consistently checked in. The classes are challenging but in healthy way where you are not recovering for a week or youre not afraid to come back. The energy is great and I highly recommend!
