Financial Plus Credit Union - Swartz Creek (MI)

1 /5 Dan Morris: Ive been a credit union member at Financial Plus for 20 years. They used to have great customer service but unfortunately its been in decline for about the last 10 years. When its more important for Financial Plus to have nice-looking ATMs and not care about the members inconvenience because their ATM network is down for an entire 3 weeks, so far.... it is probably time for me to look for a new Credit Union!

I just want to comment on your employee so devoted to patience, structure, and customer service! I appreciate her. Not once did she falter. Thank you Financial Plus for employees like "Van". My family owned a business in the Lansing area for over 30 years. My Dad always installed in us the importance of customer service and satisfaction. He ssid "A happy satisfied customer is the best advertisement you can have! He,is right. Please give a shorut out to Van. Thank you!

1 /5 Jeremy Thomas: Waited over 20 minutes in drive thru at the machine as other customers pulled up and were gone before I was assisted. I pushed the call button and the rude teller gets on briefly said someone will be with you shortly then disappears before I can ask why I’m still waiting when cars are coming and going that showed up after me. If I were inside, would they have taken customers three or four people behind me in line? I don’t think so. Definitely the worst branch I’ve been to.
