The Edge Fitness Clubs - Warren Maurice Green: When I first started at this gym, it was OK. It was just opening and it was 24 hours 4 to 5 days out of the week. This was four years ago almost shortly after that they stopped the 24 hours and the only reason I left the previous gym is for 24 hour gym access. They have some type of forgiveness program where when you try to cancel your plan they’re going to tell you that your account has been sent to collections for as little as $40 knowing that people don’t want to have that on their credit and then they’re going to try to get you to sign up for another two year plan. They got me with that once already they are trying to virtually make it impossible to cancel your plan even when you go about it all the right ways I had to have this gym membership for four years. The people are not pleasant and the company is itself are scam artist I wouldn’t suggest this Jim to anyone when it comes to try to stop your gym membership. They are just as bad as LA fitness if not worse
Warren Community Center - Warren Lindsey Parton: Theres lots we love, and lots that are lacking. Its dated and not the cleanest, and the staff are not that friendly. Nobody greets you as you check in or says goodbye, just standard customer service. We love to use the pool, but everything is so inconsistent with whether the pool temperature varies from freezing to warm, the hot tub or sauna or steam room not working, missing vending machines, or pop put in a food machine and not cold?? Like just so many things that make you ask, "Why is it like this?" Were disappointed often. A big consideration in moving out of the city. Along with the dirty parks with closed bathrooms and aggressive police, Warren misses the mark most of the time.
Oh! And a staff member guided me to not use the drinking fountain in the hall, but to use the one in the gym.. she said the water isnt good. But no one has put a sign or closed the drinking fountain. Just doesnt make much sense.
Planet Fitness - Warren 86 Art Po: I relocated and called to have my membership transferred to a closer location. I was told theyll transfer it when they can. That is the most unprofessional response to give a paying customer. I was told it would be transferred to the new location by Saturday and it never happened. Yet, I spoke to the general manager at the other location and I was instantly met with solutions.
