Planet Fitness - Warren (MI)

1 /5 86 Art Po: I relocated and called to have my membership transferred to a closer location. I was told theyll transfer it when they can. That is the most unprofessional response to give a paying customer. I was told it would be transferred to the new location by Saturday and it never happened. Yet, I spoke to the general manager at the other location and I was instantly met with solutions.

1 /5 Vijion 2020: Just didnt vibe with this place. Im glad I didnt grab a membership. Im not the guy that needs to be catered to by any means, but I do expect professionalism and a bit of enthusiasm. When I arrived I intended to walk out with a membership. When I approached the desk, I was greeted in a way that indicated that I may have been an annoyance. When I inquired about the membership options, I was handed a menu, and the staff member kind of left it at that, as if I was supposed to know what I was looking at. The prices of the plans were scratches off because they had changed, yet they couldnt replace them with the new pricing. As i asked questions the conversation continued in this "disregarding" manner. So I thanked her for her time handed back her menu, drove to LA Fitness 2 miles away, and grabbed (2) 18-month prepaid plans for my beautiful wife and I. Completely different reception experience. I would say the difference was professionalism and preparation. Id still recommend checking this gym out, Im certain your experience will be better than mine. Maybe I caught them on a bad day or maybe its me.

5 /5 Matt: This planet fitness is actually quite large which wouldnt look that way from the outside. Inside it goes very far back and has plenty of equipment and space to get what you need. It worked out perfectly for me having an appointment on the east side being right off the freeway.
