There’s service his top notch and it’s a very personalized experience when dealing with them. Oh they greet you they’re friendly and they know you by name. That’s some thing that is just unheard of in this day and age.

Danielle especially was very helpful and patient when my account was compromised. I wish Flagstar as a company would get their stuff together. The ladies that work at this branch are the only reason I stay.

5 /5 Amy Koska: i really liked how the branch manager, who could not help me with a home loan, took my "vital" information and passed it on. So when the correct person at Flagstar did contact me, he knew why i was calling, what information he needed to start helping and everything!! it was great that i did not have to repeat myself several times, she briefed him for me! loved how Prepared He was for our call. I really appreciate customer service.

1 /5 Janine K: Very uncomfortable feeling coming in here..IYKYK Waited and waited for someone to even ask me what I came in for…I was greeted and that was it. 2 men came in long after me and were happily greeted and taken into an office. Absolutely horrible and disrespectful. They pick and choose who to speak to and who to assist. My time and money is just as valuable as anyone else’s. I wouldn’t ever visit this branch again.

Every one else in there including the bank manager run this place like the show "THE OFFICE" More important to talk and discuss their personal lives with each other instead of waiting on customers. Also have the attitude of fast food chains with employees that dont really want to be there. I have many accounts at different banks and this place is the worst. I avoid going in there until I need to make deposit I give them 1 star out of 10, not 1 star out of 5

Kevin Layne: I Had A Scary Situation with phone Scam ..needed Help , the (Relationship Banker) Ms Ewa Csizmadia Was a God Send she walked me through cancelling debit card / getting new one showed me that Comerica gives you discount on life lock credit protection. She also assisted with locking / unlocking My mobile banking APP. Cant Say enough Nice things about her and how helpful she was.

Zach Toilolo - Mortgage Loan Officer - DFCU Financial - Taylor

Jim Walke: Zach Toilolo and DFCU made the convoluted process of re-financing quick and easy. Zach was attentive to any change or bump in the process and managed to keep us in the loop while simultaneously smoothing things out for us. He had his eyes on the goal the entire time and treated us with professionalism, warmth and respect. [We even laughed a few times, and not hysterically.] This was a first rodeo for me, so having a loan officer who explained what was happening and then assisted with the execution of each step was a pleasant surprise. I doubt that a big bank would have been able to provide this level of personalized customer service. If you are in the market for a mortgage, I cannot recommend Zach (and DFCU) strongly enough.
