The new owner Nickolas is very unprofessional. The Owner Nickolas will make up fake fees, and lie to your face one why they have the fee. My experience: I Emailed TDK to get my taxes completed for my Personal and Real Estate Investment Company. I have been a client since I was 18 and loved the previous owner. the New Owner wanted to charge an extensions fee for filing a tax extension. okay no problem, I was never charged this kind of fee in the past. why now? He said that he was charged the fee, and he just passes it to me (see below) "We are charged fees to file extensions, and since it is the clients fault for last minute reporting, we simply pass that fee on, nothing more nothing less." - Nicholas R. Kiser, CPA When I asked from who? because the IRS doesnt Charge File extensions. is this something new? " there isnt a fee for filing a federal tax extension. You can request an automatic extension of time to file your federal income tax return without incurring a fee, as long as you submit the request by the original tax filing deadline (typically April 15th). " - IRS.gov He responded to my question. "File an extension for free via one of the IRS partnered websites, there are a few available options for you, and find a tax preparer in your area. That sounds like the best option for you. Wish you the best of luck!" - Nicholas R. Kiser, CPA WOW... All I can do is respect his wishes and move on. But this is one of the most unprofessional Accounting Agencies. If you cant answer simple questions on your own fees and policies. How can anyone rely on you to answer the big questions regarding their finances. They will just lie.

Charming Diva: When he got money from the ATM machine when to get my cash it wouldnt give it to me when inside the bank to let them know whats going on come to find out the machine has been giving people problems all day no notice on the machine to tell you not to use it so I told Megan Daly about the situation she literally was no help wasnt trying to help wasnt friendly in the tellers were telling her the machine has been down and not working and she act like she didnt care what is she there for if shes not going to help you I would not recommend her helping you at all because you can just tell shes not a good person
