1 /5 Derek: This location’s ATM ate my debit card from navy federal. I go inside to get some info about what to do and the most absolutely rude teller is standoffish because I’m not their customer. Says we don’t give back other cards that aren’t ours but can’t tell me why or what will happen with my debit card. Then she keeps repeating she doesn’t know what happened or what I did without listening. Then tells me to go call my bank. Rude for no reason at noon on a Thursday.

5 /5 Desiree Watt: Did some research and found MUCU offers very competitive rates when it comes to loans. Popped into this location before heading out car shopping to get signed up for an account. Deandre’s helped me. Very personable, I love some small talk, never never a fan of silent encounters, she was very friendly, and got me set up. I wanted a quick informative interaction and that’s just want I got. Five stars Deandria thanks girl! Happy new member.

1 /5 Antonio Vultaggio: God forbid you want to get a payoff more than once. I got a payoff on August 7th and never sold the vehicle so I called on September 12th to get another payoff and was practically yelled at because Anne wanted me to multiply the per diem she gave me the first time and figure out the new number to payoff on my own. The way I see it, if you don’t like your job, quit. Hope I never have to do business with them again.
