The staff and members are helpful and supportive. The class sizes are small and the instructors do a great job helping me work my way up. Ive been at this about 3 months now and feel much better every day.

Carol Haltom: I highly recommend Precision Pilates. Cassie is friendly and very knowledgeable. I have knee arthritis, low back and hip pain, so I wasnt sure if Pilates was going to work for me. Cassie takes in to account my physical limitations and has been able to adjust the exercises so I can build strength without causing further injuries. Its definitely helping me. Thanks Cassie!

Laura Cipielewski: I followed Tim and Michelle from a major national chain gym to their expert privately owned facility. They opened during the COVID pandemic to offer a safer environment. The facility is clean and all the equipment is new. I participate in their bootcamp class 3 to 4 times a week and schedule a monthly wonderful massage (or more often). I cant say enough about the high quality service and expert training. Top notch and I highly recommend!

I have seen my girls grow stronger (mentally and physically )under his guidance. He teaches not only the art of Karate but life skills, courage , respect for themselves and others. I would recommend it 100%.

Josh Malan: Crossfit Fate is a great gym to drop into if youre in the area. Awesome coaching and a very welcoming atmosphere. Spoke with the owner Tyler for a little and could tell he was a solid guy. The place definitely gives old school crossfit vibes which is a big plus. Ill definitely drop in again next time Im in the area.

Everyone from Kavinda and the front office team to the trainers are incredibly friendly and welcoming the moment you walk in. The trainers are fantastic, Owen and Moe at the Canton location are amazing, and Sam and Kyle in Northville are outstanding. We completely trust Vanita with all of my son’s physical therapy care; she’s been exceptional. Pryde has been a major part of my son’s development over the past 15 months, and I can’t say enough about how well the entire operation is run. Truly top-notch in every way.

Asia M: Make sure you really like this gym. Come more than once before you sign up. Pausing your membership does not count in the months of your term- even though I was falsely told that I could cancel or renew in November, now it’s January. This gym is clean however, I have been to better red light therapies. Meta physica Wellness Center in Detroit has much better red light saunas.
