1 /5 Kayla Howard: I would not bank with them as they do not care about their customers. I deposited a government check 8/7 and was told I couldn’t get it until 8/26 because they couldn’t verify the account. I called the company I received the check from and they said all they had to do was call and the verification process would be fast so I’d have my money. Mind you I told the manger I needed the funds for medication which means it’s an emergency right? No call back as promised. What an inconvenience not only will I be in pain until I receive my funds but I also have no money for food or gas. When in reality I have a couple thousand to my name. DO NOT BANK WITH THEM.
