I started training at Crossfit Lower Town, about a hear and half ago. Since then I have lost over 50 pounds, and at 43 Im in the best shape of my life. The workouts are challenging but the environment and coaches make it fun. The coaching is top notch. They push you to work hard, and improve but always stress training in safely.
The people who train here are great, no big egos, but more of family atmosphere. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who is interested.
