RTB Gym - Lincoln Park (MI)

5 /5 S F: I came here back when it was The Powerhouse and returned last year for the Halloween discount—RTB Gym is better than ever. It’s clean, the sauna is always hot, and the equipment has everything you need. The owner is friendly and welcoming, but he also makes sure everyone follows the rules, which keeps the gym comfortable and respectful. Never too crowded, great atmosphere to train in. -Sal

5 /5 John Ott: This gym has awesome equipment and a great vibe. It is a welcoming and supportive community. The owner Tino is a great guy. If you’re in Lincoln Park, Michigan, this is the gym you have to check out.

5 /5 Krystal Brown: Great gym! At first, I was skeptical about going, being a woman, and it seeming like a boys club. But everyone there is welcoming and friendly, and they are only worried about their own workouts. People are quick to spot you if you need assistance and offer advice on what you are trying to achieve. Dont let the other gyms freak you out about a "lunk gym." This gym is open to all. They have cardio equipment as well as a plethora of weight machines/free weights. The staff and owner are all so friendly. If you are looking for a gym downriver, this is where you should look. Video is at closing, so dont let that mislead you its typically a very popular spot. I was enjoying having it to myself for the moment.

1 /5 Brian Michael: RTB stole my money! I paid $20 for a one week membership since I’m only in town visiting family. The worker who took the payment never made my account and made up a fake membership number. I paid the $20 on 06/28/25 and worked out that Saturday night. I went back to workout on Monday 06/30/25 and input the membership number given to me in the computer and it didn’t work. I explained to the woman at the desk that I paid for a one week membership on Saturday and she could not find my name or phone number in the computer. I asked her to check the footage from the camera pointing right at the desk and she refused. The footage would have shown me handing over the $20 bill and also show me working out on Saturday night. I asked her if I could receive a refund once she saw the monetary transaction on the camera and she in a very snotty way said “I’m not giving anybody any money back, I can tell you right now”. Beware this is a shady gym and some of you may pay for an entire year up front and have your money stolen.
