5 /5 Michelle S. Ding: Spenga is a spectacular workout place! I joined the membership before the pandemic. After a short break, I just missed working out with some awesome instructors and cool classmates, so I resumed my membership last March and it has been wonderful till today. First of all, the setting is just perfect for a thorough workout, you get to enjoy spinning, strength training and yoga 20 minutes each for a total of a 60-minute session. Moreover, the lighting and vibe of the place is modern, private and comfortable. You feel focused and energized during the workout, and refreshed and revived after you step out of the place, and pretty soon you will be thinking of coming back. Most importantly, Spenga has diversified instructors/trainers, each of them has their own unique teaching style, but they are all personable and professional. It’s definitely fun and beneficial to mix and match your classes with different instructors. My favorite instructor is Michelle. Not only we share the same name, but also she is the star instructor. Her calm voice and philosophical guidance always takes me to a deep transformation physically, mentally and emotionally, and I always hit the Zen feeling after attending her class.
