1 /5 Shauntina Sweet: I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I’ve received at the zeal credit union. Over the course of my banking experience here, I have encountered numerous issues, and I feel compelled to bring them to your attention so you don’t make the same mistake and open an account.
Firstly, I have found the staff to be consistently unprofessional in their interactions with me. I have been given conflicting and misleading information on multiple occasions, which has caused confusion and frustration. Additionally, the staff has shown inconsistency in how they handle checks, often picking and choosing which ones they will accept on my account without clear explanation or reason.
This experience has been both disappointing and stressful, and it has severely affected my trust in the services provided at this branch. As a result, I am currently in the process of closing my account and seeking banking services elsewhere.
