Angi Sizemore COVAL is an amazing gym! I first joined COVAL due to an injury while working out in my home gym. They not only assisted me with healing my injury but also taught me how to prevent future injuries. I have had several health issues over the last year and a half, and the trainers are always happy to adjust my workouts to meet me where I am and to keep me going. The amount of positive support provided by everyone in the gym is just amazing!

Erin Prior My happy place! The best, most inclusive and empowering workout I’ve ever done. Strength, cardio, mindfulness and it all creates major burn! Have done B3 for years and this studio is so big, bright and the community of clients and instructors is really special. They offer their 45-60 min signature classes, cardio focused classes, strength focused classes and a mindful flow class. There’s nothing like it. AND they offer childcare! A workout you can do every day since it is low impact all while working so hard on major muscle groups and the muscles we don’t even know we have. Love that clients are of all ages and body types and there are many modifications given and encouraged by instructors to challenge AND honor your body each class. It’s so functional and has strengthened, toned and supported my body in ways that I don’t get elsewhere. A great option for your primary workout or even cross training if you are a runner / cyclist etc. Go get your first free class and see (and feel) for yourself!!

Jocelyn Newberry it was a really fun experience, I love volleyball and it was really cool to watch college players play. Everyone who worked there was super nice and patient. I dont know if this was a one time thing because Ive only been here once but they only took card for concessions and they didnt accept cash but overall such a good experience here.

Ben Kelly Very chic studio, the energy is upbeat and motivating. The studio space is immaculately clean and well cared for, the instructors make a point to connect with each client and hear their goals and concerns, I felt very supported and inspired to keep coming back and working on my strength. I took "Buns and Guns" (one of the many pilates classes) and it was a great total body workout with a focus on our glutes and upper body, the combination movements really helped to challenge me but with the adjustments from the instructor I felt like I got a magnificent workout. Will definitely be going back!

One of my favorite things is that I don’t have to think about my workouts—they’re planned out for me, with plenty of variety and challenge. All I have to do is show up and do the work, and I’ve seen amazing results. Since joining just three months ago, I feel like a new person—stronger, with better posture, fewer aches and pains, and just more comfortable moving through daily life. In a world full of flashy fitness gimmicks and quick fixes, Advantage Strength stands out as the real deal. Just consistent, proven methods that actually pay off. Lorien Wenger Our son started in the toddler program around 3yo. It was a great place for his energy and wall climbing. He’s now 15yo and competing level 8 on the Boy’s Team with Coach Kurtis and we all love Gym America! There is so much emphasis put on the whole person, not just the athlete. The boys have struggled together and been successful together. It’s so much more than just another Gym. Coach K and GA are part of our family.

Jeff Griffin Ive been coming to this Planet Fitness regularly for well over three years. I mostly use the strength machines and weights in the afternoon or evening. The staff are pleasant, the location is clean. The cleaning stations are kept stocked and the machines are in good repair. A little while back they increased the number of Smith machines and dumbbells (plus benches) by 50%, which made a welcome improvement to their availability. I also take it as a good sign that the staff and management are paying attention to whats popular, and are willing to invest in improving the experience of the members. Theyve also recently updated some cardio machines (which Im sure others appreciate), and added a few new forms of plate-loaded strength machines (which I appreciate).

Matthew Hazle Amazing gym! The classes are a great mix of strength and conditioning, and I love that there’s always a little bit of core. The dedicated warm up portion is helpful too. The coaches pay close attention to people’s form as they go through the lifts, and they offer helpful, personalized feedback.

Karen G Jes is a phenomenal trainer for core strength, mobility, cardio fitness and more. Shes one of the most positive and supportive trainers Ive worked with over the years. Ive seen her work with pro athletes, older clients and in 1-1 or group settings. Her knowledgeably nutrition is also super helpful.
