3 /5 Daysnightstripsbites: Dinner started off well and ended up rushed and frustrating. Im assuming because it was closer to closing that our waitress went from very pleasant to very rushy and impatient. I had to ask about the ten dollars off of your bill if you sign up for rewards after overhearing someone else speak about it (she never mentioned it)....I thought it was odd that our waitress Jasmine did not make mention of it. After attempting to do so and their sight, giving me problems, I brought it to her attention, and all she told me was, "Im not sure why its doing that." And when I asked her who could help me with it, she said she wasnt sure if anyone could. She still did not offer a solution. I ended up calling the owner over to ask him and he gave me a free appetizer card (for bang bang shrimp, which I dont eat)and apologized for the inconvenience because instead of my waitress trying to find a solution she processed my payment for my bill anyway. The pasta was not at all what I expected. The oysters were very tiny to where I could barely taste them instead of a bunch of cheese. The drinks were good but appear to be a rip off as well because one was filled with ice, and the other was a smaller sized (almost tiny) martini glass. Just not worth the prices in our opinion.
They also had an event going on, which was very loud and off-putting for anyone who wants to have a nice relaxing dinner. In my opinion if theyre going to do this, they should do it in a separate area from the main dining area. Also, especially if they have certain dishes on the menu for their event that the rest of the restaurant cannot order but the rest of the restaurant is seeing them walk past and wondering what they are. We asked if we could order an appetizer that we kept seeing and they told us no. Thats just an odd way of doing things in business.
