1 /5 S: I visited about three weeks ago and was told to sit anywhere on the side away from the bar. We waited nearly 20 minutes before being acknowledged by our waitress.
She eventually took our order and the food itself was decent, but she never checked on us afterward. Our bill came to around $40, and we left a generous $10 tip. Unfortunately, when writing the tip and total, the numbers were placed in the wrong spots by mistake. Despite it being obvious that a $50 tip on a $40 bill made no sense, the waitress entered it as such, bringing our total close to $100 without asking for clarification.
When we spoke with management, they sided with the waitress and said there was nothing they could do once it was entered. The lack of attention, communication, and accountability was extremely disappointing. The waitress could have made it right from the beginning but she wanted to make sure she capitalized on the mistake instead of doing the right thing. That’s the kind of waitress they hire. I’ll never be back and will never recommend either.
