5 /5 Brianna Valencia: Me and my husband are from out of town and Google searched a Mexican restaurant near Great Lakes Crossing. We pulled into the parking lot on a Tuesday night at 9:40 pm and to our surprise, the parking lot had only one car. We entered the building and was amazed at how large the restaurant was. The hostess greatly us quickly and got us seated on the bar side. We were brought chips, salsa, and our drink order was taken. Shortly after, our server Benjamin approached us and the vibes were perfect. He was warm and inviting and took really good care of us. My husband ordered the Pozole and we enjoyed the barbacoa Botana Nacho to start. Serving sizes were huge! The soup did NOT disappoint. Tasted like someone’s mother was back in the kitchen. The Nachos came out perfect as well. Presentation was beautiful and the cheese pull was real! Meat was juicy and so tender. I can’t forget about the chips. They were seasoned! Not too much and just the right amount of salt. My husband ordered Quesabirria tacos and I ordered a chicken tostada. Both were very, very good. Overall our experience here was great and we would recommend to anyone local or passing through. We also caught wind that this restaurant is under new ownership recently and is now open till 11 pm every night! Thanks for a wonderful dinner. We will be back on our next trip to Great Lakes Crossing.
