1 /5 abby exclusive: Last night I had a birthday dinner and it was my first time coming there. I loved the atmosphere of the restaurant but the service that you guys provided me and my guest was horrible!!! The waiter barely came back my egg rolls had no shrimp. Half of our plates came late to the table, so some of us were eating and others weren’t. On top of that one out of guest crab cakes were so burnt you could see and taste it. After asking for another one the manager(older gentleman) had the nerve to come out and say, “you can have something else but we’re not making another one because that was cooked to perfection and there not burnt with a direct attitude” when everybody looking clear as day and see those damn crab cakes were burnt on the top of that, when asked why not? you had the nerve to repeat what you said. Let me tell you something I worked in fine dine restaurants for many years I’m pretty sure I know that’s how crab cakes are suppose to come out and taste, and I know how service should be given and that’s not how you give service and that’s not how you talk to people . How dare you tell somebody something like that knowing you’re in the wrong, on top of that when I asked for the head chef instead I was told, unless you know how speak Chinese that’s not possible. So make that make sense how are you and everybody else communicating with him if there’s a language barrier. SMH you just didn’t want to make another one, gave poor service, gave everyone a hard time and pissed us all off, especially for me because it was my birthday. Everyone sushi platters weren’t event platted well. Very sloppy work. Seating was jammed tight in a corner, we barely had any leg room. Also my sushi was pretty decent but I should’ve had my own plate, instead I’m sharing a plate with somebody but everybody else had there own individual plates!!!! Worst experience ever I’m not coming back thanks for ruining my birthday experience.
