3 /5 Sha: Palm Palace in Ann Arbor has been one of my go-to Mediterranean spots, and Ive been here multiple times over the years. One thing I absolutely love is their fresh-baked pita - soft, warm, and honestly hard to stop eating once it hits the table.
Ive tried a good portion of their menu, especially the chicken dishes. Most of the time everything tastes fresh and flavorful, though Ill say the deboned chicken can be hit or miss, sometimes perfectly cooked, other times a bit dry.
The atmosphere is beautiful and lively, making it a great place for both casual meals and celebrations. One of their fun highlights is Hoda, the robot, which delivers food to your table, definitely a hit, especially with kids and first-time visitors.
Theres plenty of seating and a huge space, so it works well for all group sizes, from small family dinners to large parties. Service is generally smooth despite how busy it gets, and overall the food usually feels fresh and satisfying.
A solid Mediterranean spot with great vibes, fun touches, and reliable favorites, especially if youre dining with a group.
