1 /5 Monique Jones: I ordered 2 hibachi chicken meals, no soup/salad I subbed it for chicken fried rice and added noodles to my order. I ordered on Sunday so they closed at 6, drove 30 minutes to pick my food up (picked my order up at 5:27) . Didn’t cross my mind to check my order before I left because I always order from the canton location which never has disappointed me. I get home and my order is incorrect, no noodles, rice was not cooked properly. I paid extra for garlic butter , which they did not put in the bag. I called today because by the time I got home they were closed and was told they can’t replace my order only the noodles & garlic butter. Terrible customer service . Will never be ordering from here again.
