1 /5 Elizabeth Scheuer-Murphy: I dont even know where to begin with all the fails, but the biggest problem with the manager not addressing the real issue of compensating us for all that we went through. First of all, it took us 15 minutes for the waiter to bring us menus that he disappeared and he was supposed to bring a beer to one of our people and he said that the bar was backed up but a table that sat down behind us had their drinks. We were there an hour and a half before half of the dinners showed up. Their food was cold Then we waited another 15 minutes for the rest of the dinners that never came we then asked for a manager and it took him another 15 minutes to show up, then blamed it on some button that said dont make these dinners which did not make any sense whatsoever, he said he would take care of us but it wasnt another 15 minutes before our dinners came cold and then when we asked our waiter if these two meals would be comped he disappeared for another 15 minutes and came back and said no and then I said I did not want this meal on my bill. It was either going to be comped or I dont want it and take it off the bill. instead of appeasing us for all the hassle that we were given. They took the food away to throw out instead of comping my meal. He gave us a discount off the bill that we probably could have found a coupon for. He did not make the customer feel good about our experience there. The manager did nothing to alleviate everything that went on. The server had not been there very long but he disappeared and did not give us any explanation of why our night went the way it went.
