1 /5 Trish Gruswitz: I love this store and that they’re open till 11 but I don’t appreciate my time wasted. I spent time looking through all the aisles filling a cart of clothes I’m interested in purchasing but at 10pm or probably earlier the fitting room was firmly closed for the night. I was understanding and said I’d come back in the morning but they were not willing to hold anything so I had to leave the whole cart. It has to be one or the other, keep the fitting rooms open or be willing to hold clothes until they are open. If not, then why even be open.
