5 /5 Elizabeth Shaifer: Great sales on high-quality winter clothes. Still a good selection in pants, jackets, sweaters, etc, on the sale racks. The sales ladies at Novi Mall 12 Oaks are friendly. The sales lady helped me to get my online discounts for several in store items. I love shopping at Chico, especially the deep discounts on quality made clothes!

1 /5 Icha Himura: OMG, I cant believe there is other people felt they have the most racist staff because I feel the same when I enter the store, they never acknowldge me and gave me a hard time to order something online where i know they did it to my friends and other people.

1 /5 Ms. Travel Bug: They get pissy about any returns. They love to cancel store pick up orders and charge more when they re-ring. Frustrating experience! Why can’t I just pick stuff up?

1 /5 J Y: Racist staff. Absolutely disgusting. Treated my mother horribly (snapping at her, telling her “that’s not for sale” and tried to charge her full price on items that were on sale).
